Toyota employee lease program10/31/2022 When I asked about our second keys location. That was my feeling at least before he lied to our faces. Our Salesman, Israel, seemed like a trustworthy and friendly guy through the whole process of placing our dream 2021 Tacoma on hold, during the month long wait, and even the paperwork on delivery day. So 5 stars for Vaughn, 3 stars for the dealership, giving 4 stars overall. Took that cash and applied it toward my down payment. I wasn't thrilled about that, so I listed it for sale and a couple of other dealerships offered 3x's as much, and I ended up selling it for $4,500. Basically, double dipping into the value. After rating it - which included things like the condition of tires and such which lowered the value (as expected) the dealership then tried to deduct the price of tires and the like from the value that already considered such items. They only offered me $1000 for my 2011 Dodge Avenger, which really wasn't a fair trade. The only reason why this isn't a five star is of no fault of Vaughn, but the dealership regarding trade-ins. I really appreciated his honesty and respect for my time. It felt like he was honest with me from the beginning and spoke with me like a neighbor, which was perfect for me because I felt like he was being real and not sugar coating everything. I knew what I wanted and he respected that. I was worried as I started shopping around dealerships that I would be pressured to look at vehicles I really didn't want, but Vaughn took my word for it right out of the gate and didn't waste my time trying to show me other vehicles. Vaughn was a great help in helping me find my RAV4.
